3. Payment Terms. Payments are due as specified in the project proposal. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Stripe payment processing is available via our secure payment link.

4. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights, source code, design assets, and digital deliverables are irrevocably transferred to the client. CodeCraftvisiox retains no rights to client-specific deliverables after settlement.

5. Limitation of Liability. CodeCraftvisiox shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.

4. Refund Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies. This agreement is governed by the laws of France.
